This project was all about clarity of what the brand offers and conviction in its superiority to the competition. Too many B2B brands assume they need to turn up with a straight and serious tone, after all its a business transaction at the heart of the ads they make. We called bullshit on this and made a campaign that embraced the reality that behind every business decision is a human, especially in HR, so why not lean into that and make work with a soul.
